Standing on the Bank A very neat album.... Tab rounded up Buddy Guy's rhythm section. These guys had played on some of Tab's favorite Buddy Guy tracks. They recorded the entire album in just a couple of days completely live in the studio directly to 2-track tape. Tab felt that this unforgiving recording method, a throwback to days of old, would keep everyone on their toes and create a more spontaneous album. He was right. The album received critical acclaim and solidified Tab's position in the Blues world. The album features Tab in a duet with none other than WILLIE NELSON.
